Zusammenfassung
EULAN WA NEU wurde bis 1988 produziert und weitläufig als insektizides Ausrüstungsmittel gegen Mottenfraß u.a. in Wollteppichen und Naturfaserbodenbelägen eingesetzt. Heute können seine Wirkstoffe und Metaboliten in beachtlichen Konzentrationen in Hausstaub-Proben gefunden werden. Im folgenden Artikel wird deren Identifizierung beschrieben und das toxikologische Risiko diskutiert.
Summary
EULAN WA NEU was produced until 1988 and had been applied on a large scale as a chemical moths preventive e.g. at woolen carpets or other floor coverings of biological materials. Nowadays those substances and their metabolites can be traced in the respective housedust samples in an immensely high concentration.
The following article is describing methods to identify these substances, the extent of their respective indoor pollution, the degree of the toxicity discussed.
